James Daniel is a veteran franchise broker, resale specialist, and strategic business advisor with over three decades of hands-on experience spanning the entire business lifecycle.
James’s advisory approach is distinguished by his deep, firsthand knowledge of the franchising world. Rather than consulting purely from theory, he spent over 25 years with The UPS Store network, serving 22 years as a successful multi-unit franchise owner and nearly 14 years as a Franchise Business Consultant and Coach.
He later elevated to Director of Franchise Business Development and Sales, where he spearheaded regional growth, managed corporate candidate pipelines, and refined multi-unit expansion strategies. Having navigated every stage of ownership, from initial acquisition and daily P&L management to corporate brand expansion and ultimate business exit, James understands the precise operational, financial, and emotional mechanics required to build and sustain a successful enterprise.
Today, James leverages his decades of expertise to support three primary client groups:
Aspiring Franchisees: He guides candidates through rigorous brand vetting, market analysis, and business mathematics, matching individuals with high-performing concepts in booming sectors like home services that fit their lifestyle and long-term financial goals.
Existing Business Owners: Through Quantum Business Transitions, James specializes in confidential business valuations, buyer vetting, contract negotiations, and navigating complex franchise transfer approvals to help owners successfully exit and protect their legacy.
Franchise Brands: He partners with franchisors to drive strategic regional placement, connecting expanding networks with qualified candidates.
In addition to his deep franchise experience, James is a dual-state Licensed Realtor in both Georgia and Florida.
James combines mathematical rigor with a lifestyle-first consulting philosophy, helping clients confidently navigate career transitions, build asset-backed security, and achieve long-term independence.
